Connor Tluck

Senior Solutions Engineer at LaunchDarkly

I help engineering teams ship software safely with feature flags, guarded releases, and AI configs. Before that I spent five years building geospatial AI products, and I still build things on nights and weekends.

About

I am an avid learner who thrives in environments where no two days are the same. Throughout my career I've worn many hats, from civil engineer to solutions engineer, account manager, and product manager. Today I'm a Senior Solutions Engineer at LaunchDarkly, working with engineering teams on how they release software.

Through this process I discovered that my greatest strength lies in adapting quickly, finding clarity in complex challenges, and building the thing that proves the point, whether that's a demo for a customer or a record-recognition device for my living room. I excel in the fast pace of a startup, yet know when to slow down, dig into the details, and solve problems at their root.

More Projects

LaunchDarkly AutoFactory

AI Agents • 2026

Working prototype of autonomous, safe software releases, shared with design partners. A chain of LaunchDarkly-defined AI agents takes a plain pull request, puts the change behind a feature flag, instruments its metrics, and writes flag-on and flag-off tests. After deploy, a release orchestrator runs the change as a guarded rollout that monitors itself. Runs as a GitHub Action, a Cursor/VS Code extension, or a headless CLI.

Guarded Release Runner

Developer Tooling • 2026

Local Node.js app that simulates user traffic against a LaunchDarkly flag to test Guarded Releases. It generates a pool of fake users, evaluates the flag for each one, and sends metric events, so a guarded rollout has real data to advance or roll back on.
